Phases Electrical Contractor Corp. is a domestic corporation, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 23, 1990 under Reg. No. 173990.

The company was organized to buy, sell, trade, alter, install, maintain all types of electrical work, pipe in music, burglar alarm, in house cables for telephone and intercoms, MATV, transmission lines, motor rewinding and offer services to any person, natural or judicial, government or private, in the Philippines or abroad, alone or jointly with associations, contractors, companies, firms or entities, in the business of general contractors in electrical work; to make contracts in relation to electrical plan, estimates, supervision, repairs and any other works of all kinds and description in electrical works; and to manufacture, deal and sell electrical, chemical, industrial, machineries, transformers and carry such business on commission basis or as owner, as wholesalers, retailers and/or distributions, consignees, importer or exporter as shall be necessary or expedient in conducting the business of the corporation.
